It will be sent directly to AFA and passed on to someone who can help. You don’t even have to give us your name (but we will be able to come back to you and help out more if you do).

We always welcome feedback from children and young people in regard to their experience in placement with AFA and also in relation to ideas about how we can improve our services.

If you wish to make a Complaint or Compliment this can be done using the Contact Us box above, by speaking to any AFA staff member or calling the office on 01603 559255. Complaints will be dealt with as speedily as possible, but it may take a while for us to be able to examine any issues raised. You will be kept up to date and updated on the timescale for resolving it. Sometimes we will not be able to tell you some information if it relates to a 3rd party (someone other than you or AFA)
