Some of our sons and daughters of foster carers came along to our Fostering Friends Bowling event on Tuesday 29th March 2016. We had children from the age of 4 to 15 attend and everyone had a great time bowling for two games. Lunch was provided too – lots of unhealthy snacks were on offer!
We had a couple of strange things happen – one ball got stuck just in front of the pins and would not move (staff at the bowling alley said that they had never seen this before) and another ball got stuck in the gully! Lots of strikes and spares were had by all and the average score was 172 for the two games – well done to all who attended.
Fostering Friends will be meeting again in the May half term when we will be completing the board game we are designing. All sons and daughters will be sent information nearer the time and we do hope you will join us
